Subscription and Payment

For paid plans:

Subscription fees are billed through the App Store/Google Play
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are subject to respective app store policies

User Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App (trading records, notes, etc.). We only access your data as necessary to provide our services.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Engage in activities that harm other users or the service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Interfere with the operation of the service

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (including design, logos, and code) belong to TradeMemo or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for any investment decisions or losses resulting from use of the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through in-app notifications or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
